Texas Peach Enchiladas are what happens when peaches, crescent rolls and butter (even a can of Mountain Dew!) come together for a dessert that’s as sweet as a Texas summer sunset. Add a scoop of Bluebell ice cream, and you’ve got a dish so good, you’ll be dreaming of it long after it’s gone.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a small pan over medium heat, cook butter, sugar and cinnamon until the sugar dissolves. Remove from stove and let it start cooling.
Step 3
Wrap peach slices in crescent roll dough triangles, two slices per triangle.
Step 4
Place them in an 8×10-inch pan. Then take the cooled sugar and butter mixture and pour it on the dough. Pour a can of Mountain Dew over the whole thing. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of Bluebell Ice Cream.
